How does it work?

Select the video or videos you would like to purchase. Fill in the credit card information. You don't have to fill out Shipping information because we're not shipping anything. Just check the box under your credit card information that says, "Shipping information is the same." Once your credit card is approved, you will recieve an email with a "blue" link to your video. Double click on that blue link and a "Thank you" page will pop up with "Download WMV" on it. Double Click on "Download WMV" and it will take a few minutes to load your video depending on whether you have broadband or a dial up connection. Virtualdanceclass videos will play on Real Player, Quick Time or Windows Media. Once your video is loaded, press play, turn up your sound and enjoy your dance class combination instantly.

How long do I have access to the video.

Once your video is playing, you can stop, rewind, or fast forward as much as you like. You have unlimited access to your video for three days. After three days the link will no longer be active. You can watch your video full screen but the quality is better in it's original format.

Can I save the videos to my harddrive.

Yes, but it is difficult to help with this because it will depend on what video player you are using. We've found that it is easier to save your video in Windows Media Player. In Windows Media Player, once your video is playing, go to FILE, click on SAVE AS and save your video where you want.

I'm not comfortable giving my credit card information online.

It is encrypted and completly safe but I understand that some people still aren't comfortable. Can I burn DVD's?

Yes but because of copyright laws it is very difficult to do so. It is designed to keep the interity of the teachers choreography and I really can't help you with that. This is how we can keep the price of the videos so low.

How are the videos shot and how long are they?

The videos are shot from behind the teacher just like you are another student in the classroom. Some videos have one other student in the class and some are actual classes with 20 dancers. The videos range in length from 10 minutes to 22 minutes. All are Sony Digital quality.
